ACCIONA has launched its new Virtual Office, a more functional and intuitive platform for Andratx water service subscribers to carry out all the procedures related to their contract. They will also have real-time information on the service and the latest developments in the town’s water management.

The new Virtual Office allows users to register or cancel the service, make changes to their subscription, and quickly and easily consult their contract and associated services.

Among other functionalities, the platform allows you to: consult water use, both historical and current; receive alerts; enter periodic meter readings; consult the status of your bills; pay bills, submit queries and report incidents.

The Virtual Office also features a section with the latest news and notices in the area, as well as updated information on water rates and other relevant details, such as reservoir capacity, usage comparisons by area/user, water footprint, water quality, etc.

Virtual Office Operation

ACCIONA's Virtual Office has been designed to the highest standards of usability to facilitate navigation and use. It is available in Spanish, Catalan and English.

The Virtual Office is accessible on clientesagua.acciona.com or via a free mobile application, available for Android and iOS. The platform is accessible from all types of mobile devices: PC, tablet and mobile phone.

To access all the functions, you need to register with your name, surname, ID and email. Once the registration has been validated, you can consult all the information about the service(s) you have contracted.

If you do not yet have a contract in force, you will be automatically redirected to the form to register for the service.

The platform has a two-step authentication factor to ensure the security of the transactions, access confirmation via text or e-mail message.

 

This initiative is part of ACCIONA's commitment to digitize and optimize the drinking water distribution and sanitation services it has provided Andratx since 1994.
