  • ACCIONA will have a stand where it will present all the progress made in its WALUE material recycling project

ACCIONA will take part in JEC World 2025, the world’s leading composite materials exhibition, to be held from in Paris from March 4 to 6 at the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center. This year marks the 60th anniversary of the event, which brings together 1,350 companies and 45,000 professionals from more than 100 countries.

ACCIONA will have a stand where it will present all the progress made in its WALUE material recycling project. This technology consists of a low-temperature thermal recycling process to recycle composite waste. The recycled fibers obtained are processed by ACCIONA into non-woven fabrics to replace virgin fiber non-wovens, such as chopped strand mat, which could be used in the manufacture of products for industries such as construction, automotive and renewable energy.

ACCIONA will also take part in a round table discussion on March 5 entitled “From Trash to Treasure: Building a Thriving Recycled Composites Supply Chain” with the participation of Anurag Bansal, Strategic Innovation Manager in ACCIONA’s Construction business. This session aims to address the challenges of developing an organized collection system for composite waste and scaling up efficient recycling technologies.
