SHAREHOLDER AGREEMENTS

The Company communicates the Shareholders’ Agreement, relating to shares of ACCIONA, S.A., entered into by significant shareholders of ACCIONA. The Agreement was communicated to the CNMV (Spanish National Securities Market Commission) on 15/07/2011 (RE number 147698 and 261036) and on 30 July 2021 (ORI number: 11138) and is filed with the Commercial Registry. The Agreement will be in force until 14 July 2026 (ORI number: 32101).
