Jorge Vega-Penichet graduated in Law from Madrid Complutense University and in International Law from the Center for American and International Law, formerly known as the Southwestern Legal Foundation.

 

Since 2006, he has served as General Counsel and Secretary to the ACCIONA Board of Directors. He has also served as Chairman of Trasmediterranea and Bestinver.

 

Previously, he worked for the law firm Vega-Penichet as Managing Co-Founder and Partner responsible for the Corporate and Commercial Departments. He was Secretary General and Member of the Board of Directors of Avanzit S.A. (2005) and Member of the Board of Directors of Endesa (2009).
