Its size will allow the centre to have 81 double rooms, a paediatric ward, 20 beds for medical outpatient treatments, 13 beds for outpatient surgery, 31 beds in the emergency department, 21 places for dialysis, 6 operating rooms, an area for diagnostic imaging, 72 medical clinics, rehabilitation and a recovery area.

The building has a geothermal system to support the air conditioning system with chilled water, a radiant ceiling heating system, blinds and curtains on the south facade to avoid direct sun, lighting control in the whole building and a photovoltaic system on the rooftop. The project also included the construction of an underground parkade, to be developed by the local city council. The hospital centre will be managed by the Mollet Health Consortium.
