The TCC 300 consists of an 11.4-km twin deck viaduct and four elevated stations.

All stations are pile-supported elevated structures. The construction included foundations, reinforced concrete works, structural and architectural sidewalks, footbridges, links to the existing subway, new subways, elevated walkway systems, E&M signalling installation and architectural finishing works.

The majority of the viaduct spans were constructed using precast segmental methods and a further five special spans were constructed using free balanced cantilever methods.
